The Club has received 6 nominations for four positions available for Director. All members eligible to vote will receive a voting package in the mail and are encouraged to exercise your right to vote in this year’s election.
A cross (x) must be placed beside the name of each Director you wish to vote for.
Vote for four (4) candidates only
Each member must vote for the exact number of nominees to be elected. any ballot which has been marked with less or more than the number of positions to be filled, shall be invalid.
Ballot paper must be lodged in the ballot box provided in the Club foyer or placed in the reply paid envelope provided and posted to the Club. The ballot paper must be received prior to 5:00pm on Wednesday 20th March 2019.
The counting of votes will take place at the Club commencing at 6.00pm, on Wednesday 20th March 2019.
One scrutineer per Candidate may be appointed to witness the count.
The result of the election will be announced at the Annual General Meeting commencing at 10.00am, Sunday 24th March 2019.
